Order Processing

Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your shipment directly on the carrier's website. Please note that tracking information may take up to 48 hours to become active after dispatch. If your tracking code is not active after this period, please contact us.

Products Damaged in Transit
Lume is not responsible for products damaged or lost during transit after dispatch. If your order arrives damaged, please keep all original packaging and the damaged item, then contact the carrier directly to file a claim. Missing or Delayed Orders
